12 Poblano peppers

2 Spanish onions

2 Cups of corn kernels

3 minced garlic cloves

2 Tablespoons unsalted butter

¼ Teaspoons turmeric powder

3 Cups of heavy cream

¼ lbs Oaxaca cheese

Salt (to taste)


Char poblano peppers in an open flame. Then peel and clean. Cut in slices. Cook sliced onions with butter until caramelized, add cooked garlic, cooked corn, add sliced poblano peppers, turmeric, heavy cream, and salt until it boils. Add cheese until it melts and serve.
