Sean Brock, Gabrielle Hamilton & The Mind Of A Chef Crew Head To Charleston Wine & Food

The Mind Of A Chef is headed to the beautiful city of Charleston, South Carolina this weekend to join in on the fun with over 250 local and guest chefs and over 100 events. On top of all the drinking and eating, The Mind Of A Chef will be holding talks each day of the festival, Friday-Sunday from 2-3pm. Friday's talk will feature Sean Brock and executive producer Michael Steed, discussing what makes The Mind Of A Chef different and special. Sean will talk about his filming experience of season two of the show.
