To celebrate the Olympics, we decided to globe-trot around the world, showcasing the different cuisines from a plethora of countries. We toured Italy with Chef Gabrielle Hamilton to learn how to make the most magnificent Tortello al Ross D’uovo, headed to Senegal with Chef Sean Brock to learn about fermentation and preservation of smoking fish, and hit many other food destinations in between.
