The Mind Of A Chef is headed to the beautiful city of Charleston, South Carolina this weekend to join in on the fun with over 250 local and guest chefs and over 100 events. On top of all the drinking and eating, The Mind Of A Chef will be holding talks each day of the festival, Friday-Sunday from 2-3pm. Friday’s talk will feature Sean Brock and executive producer Michael Steed, discussing what makes The Mind Of A Chef different and special. Sean will talk about his filming experience of season two of the show.


On Saturday we have Gabrielle Hamilton of season four and Steven Satterfield talking about their resolute tactics to curb and eliminate food waste from their businesses and their lives.

 


And on Sunday, we round out the festival talks with four chefs, Alon Shaya, Craig Deihl, John Lewis and Janine Booth discussing inspirational cookbooks, meals, recipes and travels that have shaped and inspired their careers and cooking styles.
